With 32 years in the IT Industry Steve has held various roles including sales, technical, architecture, program management and interim board level appointments. Most recently focusing on infrastructure program management and consultancy such as, data centre consolidation, global business process streamlining, global IP transformation and cost saving initiatives delivering for UK financial services and European based global Agri business’s delivering benefits, cost avoidance and efficiencies ranging from $5m to $150m.

David has been in the industry for 20+ years with more than 30 years of tech experience. He believes in building long standing customer relationships which shows as some of our key clients being customers for the entirety of his career. Whether you are buying an entry level access point or replacing your entire IT infrastructure David believes you should have the same experience and service to ensure your purchase fits your business needs.

Mark started out in the late 1990’s at Cable and Wireless in various roles, finishing up in Partner Services where he looked after Major Accounts such as Vodafone and Orange. In a change of stance he went on to head up a Financial Services company for some 10 years before returning back to the networking arena with TECD. His experience is focused around Technical Sales and Customer management with over 20 years of hands on experience providing technical solutions for clients around the globe.

Debs is one of the original founding members of TECD, many moons ago and is responsible for all things money. With a lifetime career in the finance sector, Debs runs a tight ship managing our accounts team ensuring your invoicing and payments are 100% accurate. With a heavy focus on cash and P&L, Debs ensures that we are financially stable and buoyant at all times. Her extensive knowledge of SAGE and XERO ensures that nothing gets past Debs; we know not to approach her to pay a supplier without a wad of paperwork to back it up!

A self-confessed tech head, Fabio has 20+ years’ experience as an engineer in the IT industry. Taking his first qualification in Microsoft NT4 way back in the 90’s! Fabio has gone on to specialise in Networking, Cloud services and Virtualization. He has extensive experience working with large corporates from Sony to Abbey National and is now responsible for everything IT at TECD.

Will was brought on board as a tech-savvy youngster and has spent the last 10 years working in a wide variety of technical and operational roles within the team. Also qualifying in marketing and sales positions, Will’s combined expertise contributes to implementing all-encompassing IT solutions ranging from logistics management resource, to secure remote working, to company and customer networking, to lead generation and sales conversion tracking.

As an original day-one employee, nobody knows more about the vital cogs that keep our business operating smoothly and efficiently. Jaqueline is not only the glue that creates the commercial synergy of the whole business but she is also responsible for overseeing our Sustainability Mission, ensuring we succeed to be as ecologically conscious as we can. With 10 years in operations and warehousing, if we need something doing, Jaqueline is our go to!

With a degree in graphic design, Connie has joined the team to really communicate who we are. Her experience lies in the Corporate sector working for large global media agencies on blue chip Customer accounts in the social media arena. Her quirky thinking and genial nature translates our personality into an accurate representation of who we all are; real and approachable tech heads!
